Note: Plans F & J also offer a high-deductible version for those interested in saving money on premiums. On the high deductible version, you must pay the first $1900 (in 2008) in expenses before the supplement policy pays anything.

*Plans K & L also include a yearly out-of-pocket limit. After you meet this limit and your yearly Part B deductible ($135 in 2008) the plan pays 100% of covered services for the rest of the calendar year. In 2008, the yearly out-of-pocket limit for Plan K is $4440 and for Plan L is $2220.
